Shipping policy

We ship our products using both USPS and UPS. We reserve the right to determine which carrier suits the needs of the particular order. As a small business, we cannot guarantee delivery dates, nor can we guarantee that delivery estimates will be certain.

If an order is damaged while in transit, meaning the damage was not caused by us, the seller, we will evaluate the situation on a case by case basis. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of many products sold on our site, we may be unable to provide you will an exact replacement. Additionally, we are not to be held responsible for any damage caused to your order during shipment. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to reship a similar item for an additional shipping fee (if applicable to the situation) or provide a full or partial refund.

Due to the volatile nature of international shipping, we cannot provide shipping estimates for international-bound orders. There have been cases of international orders taking upwards of three months to arrive to their final destination, so place orders at your own risk. We will do everything we can to ensure your order arrives to you, but we cannot replace an order or provide a refund for an order that is still in transit. It is a frustrating process, but it is up to the carrier to get the package to you once it ships. We have no control over an order once it leaves our facilities.

We fill out all customs information honestly and plainly. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may accompany a particular order, regardless of where it is headed. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to the following countries due to egregious COVID-19 related delays:
